Returns
All sales are final. We do not allow returns or exchanges of any items at all for online orders or purchases placed within the NicSon Mercantile retail store.
If an item is defective or damaged, please email our customer service department to discuss options. Instagram DM's will not be seen or replied to.
If an item from your order is out of stock, you will be notified via email and automatically refunded for the missing item to the original method of payment. The remainder of the items in the order will ship.
